How to Delete Your Account

At OLL.E, we respect your privacy and provide you with control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account from our app, please follow the steps below.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Open the app and tap on the More option in the bottom menu.
2. Tap on your Profile at the top of the screen.
3. Tap on the Profile Settings button located in the top right corner.
4. In the settings menu, scroll down to find the Danger Zone section.
5. Tap on the Delete Account button, indicated by a red delete icon.
6. A confirmation prompt will appear. Confirm your decision to permanently delete your account.

Once confirmed, you will be immediately logged out, and your account will no longer be accessible.

Data Deletion and Retention Policy

Upon initiating the account deletion process, the following data will be deleted:

• Your personal profile information (e.g., name, profile picture)
• All user-generated content associated with your account
• Your preferences and app settings

We retain your data for a period of 30 days from the date of your deletion request. This retention period allows you to recover your account if the deletion was accidental. After 30 days, all associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers and cannot be recovered.

Please note that certain data may be retained to comply with legal obligations or regulatory requirements.
